Is Million a high number?

Look, if someone say that they have millions dolars, everyone will rate it as a big number, but when its about number of cells, it is small so, how big would be ir millions cells were merged together?
 
A number being low or being high just depends on the context

For the question, as you said "millions" and not 1 million, I'm assuming 2 million cells, according to Google a cell is 86 - 98 femtoliters, which means 86 - 98 cubic micrometers, I'm using 92 for this. 92*2000000 = 184,000,000, which is 0.184 cubic millimiters, assuming the form to be a sphere, the radius would be 0.353 millimeters, so the diameter would be 0.707 millimeters
 
From what I've read one gram of tissue is a billion cells, and a ant has several million cells. So not much.
 
Dunno about a million but a billion is a lot IMO. Like, a lot
