Question about a feat and can it be quantified?

What tier would be an explosion 10 meters in diameter and described as if a meteor had landed in the ground? Can this be quantified or more context/info is needed?

The meteor thing is just means the explosion was powerful. Just find the energy for explosion and look what tier it is and thats it

The explosion isn't shown, just told that it was in 10 diameters and was powerful. It happened in a book.

From references for common feats earth feats using 5^3*((27136*1.37895+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2, since 10 meter diameter is 5 meter radius, = 0.01004605446 tons of tnt 9-a assuming I didn’t do something horribly wrong
Basically this. Just use the ground-based explosion formula for stuff like this.

W = R^3*((27136*P+8649)^(1/2)/13568-93/13568)^2, where W is the yield in tons of TNT, R is the radius in meters, and P is the shockwave pressure in bars, where we generally use 1.37895 bars or 20 psi of pressure
