Deku isn't Baseline, he's like 300+ Tons with just the Air Pressure of his punches, not even an actual punch and that was when he was weaker than he is now.

What? Yes he does. He can control it, it just hurts him but it doesn't break his body nearly as much anymore, plus he can layer himself in Blackwhip to mitigate the Recoil even more.

Deku literally can use a "pseudo 100%" for only a few seconds when using his peak strength. The 100% is very limited, several matches were cancelled because of this

Current Izuku can use Full Cowl 100% for like a minute or two, as shown in the movie. Also Izuku isn't baseline, what does that mean?

And he can launch several dozen of 100% attacks, and the damage to his arms didn't even equal the three 100% punches that would've permanently paralyzed his arms in the past. His body has become a lot stronger, and with Blackwhip reinforcement his arms didn't become paralyzed like the doctor said they would.
