It would be very heavily effected actually, the ponegliff, rogers message, noland the liar which would change a lot of stuff on dressrosa since usopp wouldn't befriend the tontattas, the skyisland would be under the control of enel, the crew would lack the dials, the merry spirit thing, and probably more stuff I'm forgetting.

All the problems in skipiea can be found in one piece as a whole so i don't get the complains TBH, everything that makes one piece great is in skipeia as well
