1. If one character can destroy 3 universal sized space-time continuums in one attack and received a 10x boost, would he have higher AP than another character who can destroy 4 universal sized space-time continuums in one attack?

2. Does someone who can destroy 2 infinite sized space-time continuums in one attack have higher AP than someone who can destroy say 3 (or any higher finite number) universe sized space-time continuums in one attack?

No, unless the verse treats it as so, we don't do multipliers like that in tier 2 afaik
