It erased the timeline which includes (presumably) Dark Gaia terrors from Sonic Unleashed which are the manifestations of the ambient fears, anger and negative emotions of the world (it's where Sonic gets his resistance to conceptual mind hax from) plus Sonic and Co interacted with Void from Sonic Shuffle whose a type 1 abstract via a concept.
