Why is Post Flashpoint Superman only 4B instead of universal

So I recently watched a video from Seth about Superman vs Goku

where he states that Superman would slap Goku and that Superman has far more universal feats than Solar system feats. ( Link with time stamps)

This however made me wonder, why Superman is only listed as 4 B in this wiki. I am not a comic fans, so I don't know anything about it.

Would someone mind explaining the reasons to me ?

Search up Superman in this wiki and you will find gazillion threads that tried to upgrade him. But didn't work cause... Well, you will find the reasons there.

Also that video, from a quick glance, seems to be using composite Superman which ignores almost all context. So...

We have already been over this so many times to the point where discussion rule would normally be in order at this point.

But to recap a lot of the same reasons, people have literally tried everything to get Superman upgraded, but it comes from one count of context page from a bunch of random comics. In which if you read those entire comics fully, there's info that Superman doesn't scale to said universal feat. A lot of alleged universal feats are merely chain reactions and not something Superman can physically preform naturally. And a lot of those dimensions are pocket realities much smaller than universes and not actual universes. And other alleged universal feats aren't even feats to begin with but blatant anti-feats. FanofRPGs already worked tirelessly to refute every scan to propose universal upgrades bit by bit and is a lot better at explaining than I am. Also, a lot of character who did the universal stuff aren't actually Post-Crisis Superman but rather other characters entirely. In which some of them aren't even canon.

Also, it needs to be addressed, but posting videos from YouTubers and especially controversial ones is a really bad idea.

Impress and Firestorm are prepping for a Tier 2 Post-Crisis Superman thread with actual proper evidence for proper Tier 2 feats done by Superman that aren't out of context, chain reactions or outliers, but they both need time to do so. This is literally not the time to bring this topic up.

Composite Superman is, in a sense, literally impossible to do so. However, even without that, we have Rebirth Superman at 2-A, and Strange Visitor Superman at Low 1-C, which is the strongest we've seen Superman as without going into 1-A territory.

I still disagree with Tier 2 for other reasons, and I did see the other thread to revise the other 4-B characters that they don't scale from Superman. But I still do not have high hopes for Post-Crisis going full universal.

Also, I noticed this was Post Flashpoint/Rebirth, so I supposed I jumped the gun. But even so, not sure where Tier 2 would get proposed.
