I'd say Mori jin, since he definitely has experience, comes from a verse where world class fighters are fodder in terms of skill, has cellular level pressure points who ignore dura massively and negate regen or can be used to heal/amp to a stupid degree, resistance to a lot of skill based abilities etc.
