Yep, especially at these tiers, if you want overpowered shit in 7-B Nagash is it, Fantasy is better in 5-B but Anos still passives them

Aethyr Manip resistances for lower tier heroes doesn't actually cover the Type 2 Concept Manip, and Law Manip and other abilities of the Chaos Gods but the CRT will change that since Incarnates and other Warhammer high tiers should actually get resistances to those
