this is a stomp, Black Hat has not any any meaningful fights at all, and the one thing that could be called "combat" that BH has ever done was against Anti-Pops, and he physically grabbed Anti-pops who was literally groveling at his feet, which ain't gonna work against a 2-C. and if you bloodlust them I don't think I need to tell you why Black Hat would stomp considering he has Plot Manipulation.
