We have seen these type of things countless of times throughout the whole serires and frankly its annoying that it hasnt been accepted or haven't been refuted either just ignored

You have instances of Goku (or anyone else for that matter) performing 4-A feats? Because as far as I can tell, DB doesn't have 4-A feats in the canon manga

Than prove that said growths = becoming hundreds of billions times stronger lol, the only reason they went from city to moon and then planet was because of feats, the growth supported them, no feats = no upgrade.
