By touching a being, she can begin influencing their mind, with the influence being more powerful and more severe the longer any part of her remains in contact with them. This process is accelerated if the victim comes into contact with her blood, and made practically instant if they ingest her blood.
Red Lightning: Rose can manipulate a strange energy that resembles red colored electricity. With this, she can absorb other energy to an extent, create constructs of it, project it and otherwise manipulate it. This energy has a strange property, in that it distorts physics somewhat, what physical laws seem to apply to it change with almost every use, sometimes inverting or outright ignoring it, allowing for it to cause a greater degree of damage than would be normal, though Rose herself is unaffected by the changes. If used extensively in one area, it can cause physics to function differently for a longer period of time in that location.

Movement: Fraction creatures can move at a speed equivalent to Frank’s speed multiplied by the fraction of volume in his body they take. Their reaction/combat speed scales directly to Frank, however.
Respiration: Foods they eat will allow them to continue functioning as normal, their strength while fully functioning is Frank’s strength multiplied by the fraction of volume in his body they take.
Sensitivity: Fraction creatures have senses up to 15x superior to an average human being and have the executive ability to act on them as a human would.

I... what. The appearance could be a lot of things, doesn’t have to be a mask, in fact I feel like it’s supposed to be ambiguous (given that the mask fuses into the hair a little bit, an oil painter ain’t doing that on accident. Plus, you know, there is the fleshy bit at the top). It fits my character in terms of the patterns and face

What was unclear or offensive (I’m unsure which because in a way you could say “... I don’t know about what you are ******* getting at” as a response to you there)? Being a crime boss in a set system of control is pretty obviously related to the underlying theme there anyway (you know, the power, the tarot card, hell even the name has that very clear purpose that makes the whole sheet stand out as a Paul Frank joke in the first place are all like, hilariously explicit)
