Shovel Knight Speed Question

How come Phantom Striker is listed as having MHS attack speeds but people like Shovel Knight and Specter Knight are only given subsonic? As far as I know, Phantom Striker appears as a boss for both Shovel Knight and Specter Knight. We know it's actual lightning, so how come it's not listed for them? Could add Baz in as well since he also utilizes cloud to ground lightning.

Sorry if this has been questioned before, still sorta new to this.

Would you mind elaborating on that a bit? I don't seem to fully grasp.

I do not remember the full context; and Dargoo Faust who originally proposed the downgrade back when Shovel Knight used to be Massively Hypersonic And Tier 7 outright. The latter was due to Environmental Destruction standards, but forgot where the former's details sit. I'll need to rewatch the fight scene before I judge.

Alright then. I was also wondering why Baz isn't put at MHS attack speeds like Phantom Striker, even though they've never foughten to my knowledge, he uses cloud to ground lightning just like Phantom Striker; and I'm assuming that's the reason why Phantom Striker is placed at that sort of attack speed.

After looking at this boss fight, I personally think Massively Hypersonic actually seems like a pretty solid upgrade. It is real cloud to ground lightning and it is also dodgable. It also fires out of his sword just as fast as it strikes from cloud to ground.

Yeah that's what I was thinking, this seems to be a fairly clear cut MHS feat(s) atleast from what I see. You can probably also add Baz since you can apply everything said for Phantom Striker to him. Real cloud to ground lightning and lightning is dodgable, he also sends the lightning at you just as fast as when it comes down from the cloud.

Aye, I'm game. It would extend to characters even not directly linked to the fights with lightning, though, scaling being what it is.

I would assume it should extend to all the Knights of the Order of No Quarter and the other Wandering Travelers like Reize and Mr. Hat.
