Funnily enough, Asuna has a skill that can, basically, disable low-godly regen temporarily in chapter 8

It’s not like an instant effect. It’s a skill that erases things, but it takes time to charge and is fairly easy to dodge if you aren’t being restrained or something. It prevents healing as a temporary side effect tho. I might take that out of chapter 8, but who knows
