shouldn't beiloune be at least tier 5 or something because he Created his world by splitting it off from the rest of the universe, creating an "inside world" and "outside world" by dividing reality, and brought others into his world

it shouldn't just be, "higher with classification"

I plan on updating the profiles but it's currently just treated as hax. He basically closed off a portion of the universe.

If they know we're he is, yes. Overshadowed characters are beings who exist outside the normal universe. However, it's to a degree where the actions of the Overshadowed go completely unnoticed even when impossible. For example, You can literally walk up and talk to people and even interact with the normal universe and no one would notice. For example, When Ari became a full overshadowed, the world literally altered itself and no one remembered his existence. He can literally walk into rooms and the sound of the door opening and closing is completely ignored by the people inside. To them, the door never opened.

So, yes. With Interdimensional range, you can interact with him but the nature of being Overshadowed is to go unnoticed to the real world as if you never existed in it so the character will also need some cosmic awareness to know something is there. After I finish the American Dragon Jake Long complete revision (should be done early next month at most), I'll be revising the verse to better explain the main abilities.
