Doctor Doom is normally powerful, he could overpower The Thing and other characters, plus he is far more intelligent, comparable to even Mister Fantastic and Iron Man. On the other hand, Kaguya has higher speed, and better hax, as she can manipulate space-time and BFR and decent regen. However, Doom has time BFR and some resistences which might give him some benefit over Kaguya's hax. Due to his greater strength and intelligence in the end, I give it to Doom.

If this was actually made into a comic, I feel like it would end with Doom actually having a machine to steal her Chakra abilities, leaving her powerless and him being able to do Jutsus of all kinds.

Since this isn't, I give it to Doom due to reasons above.

Doom can potentially escape Kaguyas dimensions, take over her body, can use time travel to his advantage, his forcefields will probably hold most of Kaguyas attack (All killing ash bones, rabbit hair needle, chakra fists), can dodge other attacks via teleport, he is physically far superior then her and any direct contact or close range fight would be her doom.

Kaguyas best chances would be to BFR him into the acid or fire dimension right at the start (he can fly and probably escape), paralyze him or use the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Its in Dooms favour, he wins this with low difficulty.

Yeah, Doom has this. Everyone else has already summed most of it up, but:

Victor's resistance to mind manip is going to mess up Kaguya's day. Doc's chumped Purple Man and Emma Frost in the mental game, both of whom are at least comparable to her in that category. (if not superior) With a gap in power like that, there's nothing stopping him from no-selling her mind control and then completely dominating her with his own.

Assuming we don't completely forget about verse equalization here, he could easily just siphon the power right out of her, since he's done so with both magical and cosmic powers before.

BFR isn't just limited to sending her back in time. He can also freeze her in time after teleporting her to the time platform of his castle.

He has his own methods of paralysis that are built into his armor.

He can summon a forcefield that nulls her teleportation abilities. He also has the ability to redirect the destination of someone's teleport, which he used on Dr. Voodoo without mercy.

And then there's the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak, which...yeah, I probably shouldn't have to explain those by now.

This us a hax stomp tbf. Kaguya doesn't really have Hax like that and people keep putting her against insanelu Haxed Individuals.

Lol, Doom is far from the most haxxed 5-B out there. Just saying, Kaguya in other thread is fighting someone who could utterly stomp Doom.

As for the match, I was going to elaborate something for Victor but King already beat me, so I am going with Best Villain due to reasons above.
