I'm going with Zeno, he'll go for Erase right off the bat and I don't think God uses Reality Warping or Matter Manipulation for combat and it says he's not to bright and is clumsy.

Yeah, it is in character for Zen'o to simply start the fight with Erase, and even tho God is pretty haxed, Zen'o is far above him in 2-C, since he can destroy 12 universes, all the afterlifes, separate healms and pocket dimensions, while God only created 3 universes.

Weird that dr slump inspired dragon ball. While dragon ball is an action adventure superhero story, dr slump was more like looney tunes.
