Hokuto Ryuken Spatial Manipulation

So apparently in the past, this notion of Hokuto Ryuken users having spatial manipulation was shot down, and I honestly don't understand why? It is stated by several knowledgeable characters in verse distort space, and is shown to mess with space as well.

Hyoh clearly states that he manipulated the space around his pressure points to keep them from being accurately hit

Here is the scene of Kenshiro attempting to hit Hyoh's pressure point, but fails because the space around the point is distorted, as explained in the scan above.

Kenshiro explains Kaioh's Anryuu Tenha attack as distorting space

Kuroyasha calls Hyoh's Anryu Tenha as distorting space. Keep in mind that Kuroyasha is one of the guardian of the Hokuto Temple, and has ample knowledge on all of the Hokuto schools.

The main arguments against limited Spatial Manipulation for Hokuto Ryuken users were these two scans:

Hyoh describes Anryuu Tenha as creating a weightless space.

Kuroyasha calls Anryuu Tenha a dimension.

However, I believe that this does not discredit Spatial Manipulation for Ryuken users, and instead proves that there is more to Anryu Tenha and Hokuto Ryuken then we fist thought.

It is well known that Hokuto Ryuken is one of the many branches of the Hokuto arts, but was forgotten in favor of Hokuto Shinken, because the dark energy utilized by Ryuken drove the user mad and would transform them into a demon/Majin

Even so, Hokuto Ryuken still shares similarities with Hokuto Shinken. Both focus on attacking one's pressure points, though Ryuken focuses on a different set of pressure points.

Even so, it's clear that they share similarities, and even have similar techniques.

With that in mind, let's look to one of Hokuto Shinken's ultimate techniques: Soryu Tenra. This move creates a pocket dimension of total Nothingness, a place where heaven and earth do not exist.

If Hoktuo Shinken, the flip side to Hokuto Ryuken, has a technique that brings the user to a pocket dimension of Nothingness, then is it that unbelievable that Hokuto Ryuken has the ability to manipulate space to project a weightless dimension around around someone?

Here's what I'm suggesting:

Hokuto Ryuken users have Limited Spatial Manipulation and Pocket Dimension Creation (it's already an ability on the verse)

As I said before I am fine with this as well and was perplexed that it wasn't treated as such. Hopefully the others can agree as well.

Limited Spatial Manipulation is fine.

I'd disagree with Pocket Reality Manipulation. Even if it is a 'dimension', its scale is so small it's irrelevant.

Likewise, I agree with Promestein's suggestions.

Sure it's scale is small, but the the 3-5 meters of space that is created by the Anryuu Tenhabis still an extremely useful ability in combat. The space/dimension created by it can leave an opponent disoriented by a weightless space, and can also cause other to float uncontrollably.

Also, as seen by Hyoh manipulating Anryuu Tenha to cover just his pressure point and Kaioh using to to cover Kenshiro's whole body + his surround space, I'd say it's still something worth noting.

Whose that girl in DBS in universe 11 that creates pocket dimensions as well. I'd say it's along the lines of that. Listing it would be more of a indexing thing and less of a combat indexing thing.

I'm not saying it's not, and the pocket dimension - which is only substantiated by a single quote with no elaboration, for the record - doesn't do anything that the spatial manipulation wouldn't do.

"Weightless space" doesn't mean a pocket dimension it just means... manipulating space to make it weightless.

So, has this topic been properly dealt with, and if so, should I close this thread?
