Homura Akemi vs Lavos

In which case, probably Homu considering the last thread was 6-0 in her favor and to my understanding Homu is around the same caliber as Madoka including powers. Which is unfortunate since Lavos is rad.

Eh, I guess. Although someone could make a sound argument for homura that doesn't apply to Madoka later on but for now yeah, I vote Lavos.

Dude, bump like once per day. Also cal hasn't voted

Anyway, Homura wins via depowering Lavos and making it think that he is a random person for the rest of its life, or just messing with its concept since she has feats on this level. The slight speed advantage also helps.

@J-Man

I fail to see how that's a factor when Homura and Madoka basically share only the tier. Homura is offensive while Madoka is defensive.

Matchup is redundant, and while there's a chance for Lavos to come back from Homura's hax, the same can't be said back. Heck, she might just die from being near Lavos, as he passively emits a field that disintegrates on a molecular level...in base.

So, who are you voting for?

she exists as concept, her real body is just something like avatar, molecular disintegration would do nothing at all

It's literally noted on hers profile that destroying her body won't kill her.

Also, no, he isn't coming back. He is being destroyed on a much deeper level than what he regenerated from.

There are degrees of mid-godly. Regenerating your concept>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> regenerating from simple erasure. Lavos did the former, if I read the revision correctly.

Also power steal does bypass it because it doesn't trigger regen as he isn't being damaged.

Lavos could drain it back with MP Buster, let alone all the other stuff he has.

Regenerating erasure while already being in a state of nonexistence is approximately equal. Besides, both have the same result. If Lavos had a resistance to existence erasure, you'd be right.

Absorption is also conceptual in nature so not sure about Lavos just draining it back.

Actually regenerating from nonexistence is baseline Mid-Godly. Anyway, bye. It's late here

Good night, buddy. MP Buster though takes all the MP from the opponent (and I do mean all) in one attack to restore their own.

Not like I'm ever taking part on a debate involving this guy again, but the redundancy of this thread is so big that it hurts my eyes.

Unless Homura has some combo of existence and non-existence erasure that works on 2-As bypassing acausality, regen, non-corporeality and all the hax of her opponent on a scale higher than what Madoka does, this ends exactly the same as last thread in due time.

And people forget the regen is the icing in the cake because not only is it non existence, but can keep regenerating from there. Couple that with the other hax. See where it goes. Lavos absorption and consuming ever since the DD was also conceptual, otherwise I don't see how he would be eating something such as dreams, thoughts and memories, blah blah.

Close this. It's as unnecessary as it gets considering the results of the match against Madoka (otherwise I wouldn't even be replying) and it would only result in a needless loss for Homura.

Would Lavos vs. The entire Madoka verse be better with a bit of prep so they could devise a team strategy be better or is it null?

That's Madoka, not Homura.
They are both similar concepts, but Homura has no limits and much better haxes that allows her to control Madoka. If Lavos has some kind of intellegence, she will torture him with mind hax just like kyubey. No need to destroy him, just disable him forever.

Why was this even reopened.

Welp, whatever. Just gonna unfollow for good measure. For all I care, this can be changed to Base Lavos now and I will say "The match can happen, go for it.".

Oh yeah, one last note:Hah. Hah. Hahahahahahahahhahaha

Omigod this made me laugh so much it is hilarious. It's screwattack superman all over again. Quick hint, before I leave: Take a quick look at Lucemon's profile, who Lavos stalemated.

See if Homura has got anything on that one. Bye.

@Fate the op has to request to close it, tho considering I just saw a NLF I may have to close it.

@Nsmch Don't use no limits fallacies.

Both get stomped via no resistance to mind hax and number of haxes =\= quality.

Homura's page is simply not developed enough(90% is her normal magical girl abilities, outdated) and I'm pretty sure you aren't familiar with Madoka's franchise good enough. Cosmic imagination is her only interesting encounter for now.
