How do you calc speed based on time perception?

But that wouldn't really explain much for me. All I know is that in that mode, rain nearly stops, and one second takes a few seconds. And the speed isn't relativistic, so the relativity factor is always going to be 1.

This has nothing to do with Relativity so the term time dilation may be misleading.

Since time appears to slow down 5 times in focus mode then his reactions should logically be 5 times greater than that of a human.

Human reaction time = 0.3-0.129 sec

dividing that by 5: 0.06-0.0258 sec (Superhuman to Subsonic reactions )

Oh wow. I didn't even know that page existed. So would it be a downgrade? Considering the supersonic+ reaction has no justification.

Also 1. Where are the numbers for reactions obtained beyond normal human and 2. How would you calc reaction time in a feat, say bullet dodging?

On the last part, I gotcha.

On the first part, hmm...so the reaction time would be equal to the amount of time it would take a bullet to cross x meters, provided they can actually outpace it/ move in that time frame?

ex. 400m/s bullet at 1m = 0.0025s reaction time?

Hmm similar question, Hajime Nagumo has an ability which slows down his perception of time and accelerates his thought process, increasing his reactions, he can turn an instant into several dozen seconds, would that then just give him like like 24x the reaction speed of what he currently has?

Right now I'm trying to figure out how much time slows down for a character without an in-game clock, so I'm going to have to use in game markers to determine the info.
