Now I can clearly see that it is a town in the pannel, however you have to realize in a series when the author states how strong someone should be then I believe thats what we should used for Oga' profile. Just like Saitama's profile. So that would mean Oga, Satan and Fuji should be most likely City Level.
 
Well that was only a one time thing that happened in the manga, it should not scale to Oga since beel is his contract
 
It is probably best if you get that feat calculated, based on the size of the town in which the series takes place.
 
Sorry, but this doesn't make sense. The magic crest is big, yes, but that's not evidence for its AP. All it did in the next chapter was a small energy beam that cut a section of a building, that's all. It even disappeared after that so it only lasted a few seconds. Zero proof for Town level, let alone City level.
 
Well the author stated that it can engulf an entire city, even if it just happended for a moment. We cant really go ignore it when it is right there in the pannel. The beam of light has nothing to do with its DC and why would Tatsumi use its full power if it would cause so much destruction
 
No, the narrator of the manga states that the power can engulf an entire city. This is not clearly 100% true as you can easily see the circle doesn't cover the entire city (it doesn't even cover all the city underneath it since it's not a solid circle). Thus, it's already a hyperbole.

Also, range != AP. Engulf doesn't mean destroy, it means "to cover up" or "to swallow", aka it's a measure of range unless you can calc the technique. You can cover an entire city with mist and it would not be City level, you need to find an actual reason for the move to be classified as City level beyond "it's a big magic circle above most of the city".

Also, the only thing the circle did was a small energy beam before disappearing. That's literally the only thing you can use for AP since the circle itself has no AP and doesn't appear to have done anything else by itself that could be calced for AP. And no, "Oga was holding back" is 100% not a valid argument to consider a technique that didn't even destroy a full building as City level. Neither Oga nor Takamiya have any feats close to City level. Hell, Takamiya's subordinate is scared of Beel since he fully believes that if he and Oga pull off the "school destroying" level of power again (which should at most be City Block level) they would defeat Takamiya. Once again, the magic crest alone is zero proof for Town level, let alone City level.
 
Alright you reason makes sense. But what about Tatsumi's super saiyan mode when he fought against satan Fuse with Fuji. Fuji was already multi city block level so their strenght should be higher and when Tatsumi first used super milk time he created lots of zebel emblems that destroyed the top of a large building and created a big expolosion.

Or when he went super saiyan , he created way more zebel emblems ( the wikia says hundreds ) for his zebel finisher that went a long distance arcoss japan and he used all that power to finish Satan.

So his attack potency should be much greater than Multi City block level. I realise though that it would be hard to count every emblem you see in the picture on the right.
 
I think the problem is that most of these seem to be more examples of range than AP. Now, if he destroyed something the size of that wall in the second scan right above? Then that'd be an AP feat. But simply having power be displayed far far away isn't an AP feat in itself.

Unfortunately, as LordXcano said that example also doesn't tell us anything about the power of the attack itself. Like the other, the preparation is visually impressive but the results are not at that level since it's just the setup for a DBZ-like beam attack.

You would probably get something out of this statement. I suggest you bring this up in the calc request thread to see if someone can calc it.
 
You should preferably post that calculation in a separate blog post, so it can be linked to after the results have been evaluated.

You might want to also link the manga page in the calc page. Anyway, with those results I support a "Likely 7-A" for Oga's final key and for Satan if his page is made.
 
So this only scales to Tatsumi and Fuji fuse Satan blast attack, there striking strenght would remain Multi city block
