Concept Manipulation, Dimensional Manipulation, Memory Manipulation, Pocket Reality Manipulation, BFR, Time Manipulation, Reality Manipulation, Healing, Immortality (Type 2 and 8) and Immunity to Soul Manipulation

Remember that "Dimensional" just means "Spatial" here. And Homura's type 8 immortality isn't that powerful, it relies on a pocket dimension
 
Dunno about Homulilly's abilities but she should have everything else.
 
Now that I think of it, Demon Homura can summon the Clara Dolls, so she probably has Homulilly's powers too. This probably doesn't changes anything, but she probably has those powers
 
Homura takes this via soul hax (Edit: I mean conceptual hax), memory hax and resistance or counters to most of asriel's hax
 
She isn't immune to space time manipulation though. Only very resistant to it (she is immune to being killed in the past though)
 
Being a nigh-omnipresent acausal abstract existence being pretty much nulls space-time manipulation done to you though.
 
Should I make this speed equal now that Asriel has been downgraded to Immeasurable?

By the way, I give the fight to Homura due to hax advantage, particularly Power Drain, which would allow Homura to buff herself with his abilities and DETERMINATION to a pretty big extent.
 
I liked the idea of a thread without limitations for once. Oh well.
