Akira wins via Hax.

Akira can just cast "Despair" on Squall. Taking away his will to live or do anything on that matter, until he succumbs and dies.
 
Out of curiousity, what part of Akira has resistance to time stop because I dont remember this in any part of the story?


Mind Manipulation in general seems like a valid way to win, despair takes a while but it works.
