Sailor moon immeasurable attack speed?

I think that Sailor at a immeasurable speed: The light reaches Wiseman. Wiseman is inside his dimension at the end of spacetime! That means the light carried across the known universe. (even Mamoru who's not even in the universe but is lost somewhere in the time zone notices it). Almost instantly

1- The light travel the entire Space Time

2- the light reaches the dimension of wiseman at the end of spacetime

3- the light spread the entire Know universe

ALL OF THIS INSTANTANOUSLY
 
Immeasurable (Higher-dimensional entities beyond linear time and 3-D distance, and its' concepts of speed. However, take note that higher order dimensional nature does not automatically guarantee this. The speed statistic should be listed as "Immeasurable" only if a character is completely transcendental to the distance, time, and causality of a normal universal continuum.)
 
This category of velocity does not necessarily depend on the tier, it is very different from the irrelevant speed and attack speed =/= speed of thé characters

She did not really disturb it, she just extended her light everywhere in both the universe and in the space time
 
In order for a character to have Immeasurable speed (attack/movement/etc), the Speed page states that:

  • Higher-dimensional entities beyond linear time and 3-D distance, and its' concepts of speed.
As for what this means, said attack here needs to not just travel through the entirety of space-time, but rather be completely beyond the boundaries of space-time itself.

Reading the scan in question, it only says that "the same light that I saw disrupting all of space-time". But then, said attack is still bounded by linear time/space in question, and not completely transcend it.

It would only qualify for Immeasurable speed if said attack was described as "being beyond time and space", or "transcending time and space".
