Craniummon, due to he is "At Least 3-A" and he has many hax that beerus can't counter such as spatial manipulation, reality warping, matter and soul manipulation etc.

Correction. He doesn't have those, but he has massive resistance to those hax, meaning that Beerus can't just Hakai him and call it a day.
Meanwhile, Craniummon's Shock Ringer might be enough to take Beerus down, since it literally forces the target to convulse in a way that it almost looks like they're dancing before their very data is broken to pieces, which is almost equivalent to atomization.

Hakai likely doesn't even work on those stronger or equal to Beerus himself since DBZ hax never works on stronger peeps, which arguably means it isn't hax at all.
