This is a loose term, and confuses many people. This includes myself. So, I have a question...

If a character is Low 2-C and he then increases his power by an infinite amount, what tier would it be?

And if he were 2-C and did the same thing, would his tier change from the past one?
 
2-A in both cases.

That is assuming "increases his power by an infinite amount" mean infinite times stronger than originally in this context.
 
Another question, if you can, but if he increases his power an infinite amount and his tier is 3-A, would it be Low 2-C or jump to 2-A?
 
If he gets infinite times stonger than originally and originally was 3-A, than afterwards he is High 3-A.
