His Regenerationn is only High-Low. Meaning it won't be really useful against Obito.
I don't know about this match though since I'm not familiar with Alucard. How does he fight in character against a random opponent?

Well, If you ask someone who played his game like me. He's a cool-headed character.
Basically wield his sword and shield, sometime he use teleport before do some attacks like backstab or shoot hellfires.
He usually summon a familiar to help, he have several familiar for use like bat, ghost, sword, tiny devil and fairy.
When he face a lot of fodder emenies like zombies, he can quick get rid them by transform into wolf and quick charge all of them, or use soul steals to bring their souls to heal himself.
If he face a wide area range attack that hard to dodge, he can transform himself into mist to avoid damage from it.
Something like these.
