so my last DB and megaman fight was Goku Black and Bass but i think an even better fight is Goku Black vs Dark MegaMan.EXE

Goku Black Starts in base than later in battle transforms into Super Saiyan Rose

and Black gets his time ring

Dark MegaMan.EXE has his standard equipment (Mega Buster, Battle Chips, and Dark Chips)

Speed Equalized

Arena: in a destroyed city

who wins and why?

Hmm intresting atleast this is more fair then bass.exe vs black enless dark has seyia level speeds that I cannot go off his profile. So what's his speed.
 
Well Black is a solid 3-A in his Rose form and likely in Base while Dark is possibly 3-A.

I have no idea who's faster but if Dark doesn't have a attack to put Black down quick then that's a problem since he has limited Reactive Evolution (Gets stronger with pain)

Not only that but he can create many clones with his Scythe that are 3-A themselves as they injured Goku and Vegeta.

However I know nothing about Dark, and his profile isn't the best. If someone more knowledgeable about Megaman could explain then I'll be more comfortable making a vote.

Oh thanks didn't know that existed any ways I go for black for reasons above. Until someone can convince me dark can win.
 
Dark gets blitzed. Hard. Speed equalized, however would go to him. His variety would be vastly above Black's considering he had all of Mega's abilities, and would just assimilate the clones Black creates. Not to mention that the clones disappear and the rift closes if Black leaves the area. Also, Black's reactive evolution has shown a limit. Not that it matters, as Black is probably physically stronger anyway.
 
Yeah, Dark is like tied for 3rd fastest character here or something.

Personally I say Black takes it easily if it's bloodlusted and speed equalized other wise I would like to see other opinions.

With Speed Equalized, Dark Mega should take this. To put it bluntly, Dark Mega is essentially Mega minus transformations and morals. As a result, he'll spam Dark Chips and Program Advances ad nauseam, shredding Black's soul to bits and obliterating the Time Ring along with the rest of him.

Plain old regular Mega (who beat his Dark counterpart) matched Bass.EXE, who blew up the Dark Aura with one, extremely casual attack. Meaning that they're high level Universal at the least.

Along with Spatial Manipulation/Teleportation via Area Steal (locks down space so his opponent can't cross it), Terraforming (converts the area into a sanctified space that halves all damage Dark Mega would take), and the ability to inflict all kinds of status effects, there's no reason he shouldn't take this.
 
Why is that not written on his profile? Also Dark is possibly 3-A, if he's solid universal then that needs to be changed.

Since I didn't write that profile and I just haven't gotten around to fixing it up since I never thought anyone would actually use him in a fight.

However, the reason why a lot of techniques aren't listed is because of the fact that Dark Mega uses the exact same techniques as regular Mega. That said I'll add them when I have the time.

I would also like to bring up that he's able to forcibly assimilate those he's killed and gain their powers in the manga continuity (which I will also add to his profile later on).

Don't see how that stops him from creating way more, and IIRC his ki scythe was actually result from his reactive evolution (or was it rage) either way it shows his ability to evolve as battle continues isn't really that limited.
 
It was an asspull rage, and therefore wouldn't be reactive evolution, which the badass known as Vegeta no-sold. And creating more clones would just help Dark out. Gives him more of Black's power.

There's nothing stopping Dark from annihilating Black first with speed equalized given his vastly superior arsenal, especially given chips like Dark Sword, which deals damage equal to the durability of the most durable target (meaning it's an instant kill).

Black can't adapt to something when he's dead.
 
But speed isn't equalized, or should it be? Is Dark that much slower?

But I agree with Reppuzan, Black also isn't the type to dodge. He is nowhere near as bad as Zamasu with that but it's noticeable.

But Black's Scythe should technically ignored durability since it cut space time? Unless Dark has Regenerationn they can one shot each other... he does have Regenerationn.

I lean towards Dark, Black would be likely get hit first in the end in a speed equalized fight.

(Also how did Dark ever lose if he can spam all of his attacks like you said)

Currently, DB characters are in the Trillions of C via scaling off Goku, who fought a restrained Beerus. By comparison, Dark Mega is scaled off Geo Stelar, who walked to the center of the Milky Way Galaxy in about five minutes. There's a gap of over a 1000x.

Dark Mega should be comparable to his original, who has a High-Mid regen feat (being blasted to particles before coming back together just a minute later).

Original Mega has all of the same abilities and is significantly more level-headed on top of having access to Double Soul.
 
Cool, I might also look into these games. So I vote Dark in a Speed Equalized fight for Reppuzan's reasoning.
 
No, because then it would be a speed stomp.

Either way, not the greatest matchup. Either Black blitzes or Dark obliterates.
