This thread was never finished so lets go.

The Ultimate Creation of 2 mookish villains, both creations far more influential than their creators. One fought for others, the other for itself. Both were only matched by the main heroes (Gohan and Mega Man X respectively, tho Sigma and Goku also may qualify)

Mega Man's fan favorite hero vs DBZ's fan fan favorite Villain.

Scenario: Cell has killed the Z fighters and coerced Dende into giving him the dragon balls, lest innocents be harmed. He keeps his word and leaves earth, summoning Shenron to grant his one wish. A worthy opponent (not following Supers canon here so no one from another universe). Shenron grants his wish, claiming that he will "now fight a warrior that was similar to you in origin, but took a far different path with the life they were given".

With that said, he sends Cell away into the Mega Man multiverse, specifically the Classic Timeline. Cell is eager to fight this warrior. He looks ahead and sees a red-clad "android" and attacks him. Zero spends no time asking questions and attacks back, both with killing intent.

Basic Rules

-No BFR (planet busting) and no incap (freezing)

-to the death but otherwise in-character

-fight takes place in the Sky Gaol from World Destruction/Sanss of Destruction

-Zero Has all Weapon

I'm not the OP, just the rematcher, so I think I can vote.

Thinking Zero due to his hax edge being better than Cells Regen and hes a more lethal fighter.

Also did you like the exposition?

Zero's hax destroys him in all rounds.

Zero just has too much stuff to counter Cell, his freezing isn't just incapacitation either, his ice is absolute zero ( considering even the much weaker robot masters from 300+ years ago could reach these temperatures) which bypasses regen down to atomic level.

I'd argue that even if you restricted those Cell is still at a disadvantage because while he is 4-B, that comes from a super charged kamehameha which takes time to charge, is incredibly telegraphed (and thus easy to dodge) and if it misses it makes the user lose energy and Zero is really just skilled enough to stall him.

Round 2) Tougher, but Zero's hax (time stopping, soul hax, absolute zero hax, e.t.c.) should give him the win in this scenario.

Round 3) Spite.
