While Yoshiteru is Moon+, and Aizen is slightly weaker then that, does Yoshi even have any resistance to Aizen's illusions?

Cause if not, then I don't really see how he'll make it far... Assuming Aizen uses them at his strongest point. However, I would assume Aizen even has a mobility advantage, at least in his Butterfly form, as he can teleport short distances, which is all that he would need in this fight. If he is attacked from behind, Aizen has a barrier to protect his weakspot.

However, how far does Yoshi's Soul Manipulation go? Because if it is really all the significant, then it could let him win, I suppose.

But for now, I'm not sure who to side with.

Ah, then I'll vote for Yoshi, as he's stronger, and can even get around the teleportation by just freezing Aizen in time.
 
Judging by the "likely higher" statement in Aizen's profile, it's likely that Aizen's AP is at the upper end of Moon level. This would mean that Aizen would match Ashikaga in terms of AP.

@Gimmy: I don't think Aizen has access to his butterfly form at his current state.

Also, one of Yoshiteru Ashikaga's attacks states this:

  • Soul Erase: Yoshiteru can grab and convert one's soul into a blue flame that fits in the palm of his hand. If he blows it out, the soul is effectively erased.
Combined with Ashikaga's time stop, where the time stop's duration isn't specified, does Aizen have any method defense against these two attacks?
 
I'm not too familiar with Yoshi or end of Bleach Aizen's power, but going strictly by their pages, I think Yoshi may pull off a win via stuff like time stop and soul erasure.
 
Aizen has a small chance with his Regenerationn and Kyoka. But I don't know if it will be enough. This could go either way for me
