Vegeta vs Supergirl

Their AP seems to be similar with Vegeta having an considerable edge.

How strong is Super girl's energy absorption? Heat vision can also help a lot, but as for now I am leaning towards Vegeta for AP and experience.

Also I suggest to change it to Pre Rosat Black arc Vegeta and not the Current one.
 
Pre Rosat Black arc Vegeta would be almost a thousand KiloFoe so this can still be close. Post rosat Vegeta would just one shot I am afraid.

Vegeta usually transforms right off the bat, so with an AP and skill advantage I give it to Vegeta.

Yeah, unlike her cousin, Kara doesn't really use any martial arts or skills, she usually bull rushes her enemies head on, and is a lot more reckless than Superman. What people argue that Superman can avoid via experience and skill in the Goku vs Superman thread doesn't apply here.

Also to answer @Spinoirr's question, Supergirl scales to 600+ KiloFOE
