You'd think he would, considering the administrator, who's greatly inferior to them, has the ability to control fluctlights to the point she could potentially create another memory bank for herself but I don't think they ever show off making a Fluctlight shield

Nightmare is going to get torn apart in 4A with such a slow acting starting move.

Well it's not so much Watch This but rather it's BFR into Astral Chaos that affects mind, body and soul all at once gradually and instantly. It's still the same motion though right?

Night Terror and Nightmare are two VERY different characters and one is Inferno at fullpower with Soul Calibur being connected back to Soul Edge the way they originally were.

Which Night Terror was so powerful Algol was wary of him and wasn't sure if he could fight him.

THAT Night Terror or literally just Nightmare?
 
The hell stops Night Terror from just ripping Kirito's soul of out his body just by raising his sword???

Night Terror is in full control over Astral chaos since its literally the inside of Soul Edge.

Soul Edge is now Complete and Nightmare could use the Evil seed to take countless souls over long distance and was MASSIVELY weaker than Night Terror.

Whom mind you was said to have oneshotted Zasalamel when he was in the process of becoming Abyss so hard that the Immortal man literally ceased to exist.
 
How does he even move before his soul is ripped from his body or he's turned into a Malfested???

Siegfried just picking up Soul edge and turning into Nightmare triggered the Evil Seed that literally was so large it spread throughout Europe and Asia soul tearing countless people and turning others into Malfested.

Hell the main character the Conduit in Soul Calibur 6 literally has to seek out astral fissures to not die and have his soul ripped from his body due to being effected by the evil seed and he was literally on the outskirts of the blast.

Night Terror is>>>>Nightmare by a very large margin.

Nothing stops him from doing this casually at pointblank or just passively by virtue of having a completed Soul Edge.
 
Night Terror can't rip a person's soul before they can move, he has to impale the sword into the ground, Kirito needs to speak.
 
Can Kirito resist Astral Chaos? Ya'll should be asking this first. After that, then you can go Freeze GG.
 
Simple fact is

Kirito resists Astral Chaos - He wins.

Night Terror goes for Astral Chaos and Kirito doesn't resist it (And considering before he even fights you, Soul Edge always sends you to AC first, I'd argue this is pretty in character) - Night Terror wins.

Night Terror is frozen as he went for another attack, unless Kirito also freezes literal wills, Inferno sends him to Astral Chaos still. Night Terror is still the host body, meaning that unless he freezes Night Terror in AC, Inferno is still present.

So to win at all costs, Kirito needs to resist Astral Chaos.
 
Astral Chaos is thought based, no contact needed. Soul Edge simply teleports people there.
 
Which game? Cuz, in each Soul Calibur game with Inferno as a boss, it has merely is a flash of light and the opponent is in AC. Even before they can full turn around. You're thinking of "Watch This" or the official name, "Evil Seed"/"Soul Wave" which is stabbing the ground.
 
And even if he doesn't send them to AC right away, Inferno still will. Unless you beat him in AC.
 
Inferno comes out of Soul ended if he's defeated correct?

Will he leave the body and blade if it's frozen?
 
Yes, especially seeing as if the blade is frozen, he'd just have Kirito to unfreeze it via mind hax. His main goal would be to get Kirito to grab the sword. So unless it's destroyed, Inferno is still a factor.

Wouldn't freezing incapacitate though?
 
Can it incapacitate a literal will? Inferno itselfs exist and operates from another dimension. Only times Inferno has been stopped is via being broken or being sealed by Holy abilities.
 
If by will you mean consciousness then yes, freezing kinda does that by default.

He would have to be able to move outside of a person's body after they've been frozen and that assumes they are still conscious after freezing

So umm....forget everything i said...while Soul Blade, SC 1, SC2 and SC5 Soul Edge has this ability of leaving the blade. And yes, even when the blade was broken by Soul Calibur itself, Inferno flat out left the blade and possessed armor. But umm....this feat also is what kills him here. Soul Calibur 3 and 4 Nightmare's are literally Inferno himself searching for a host. So err, unlike before where he would be able to freely act even if the sword is done....this Nightmare can't...And seeing as Night Terror is basically SC3 Nightmare....you see where this goes...

Ironically, the weaker Nightmare's would actually win in a fight, but the stronger ones lose...

The Evil seed Is literally an explosion from Soul edge.

In 6 it literally goes into the sky then spreads across Eurasia any that were in the vicinity of the blast got soul ripped/turned into malfested.

He will not be uttering a word before Night terror just nukes him.

He doesnt need to stab the ground in the least "Watch this" is literally just a critical finish to set up a weaker Evil seed.

Night Terror doesnt need to do any extra shit. Nothing at all prevents him from unleashing Evil seed off the muscle since it is literally Soul Edge Aka Inferno completed and at full power.
