I think Jim's gonna take this with his bike glass joe isn't good especially against mobile opponents that are quick and Jim is pretty good on his bike he's gonna dodge and the hit him with the bike
 
Joe is much more skilled than jim. he can easilly knock him off the bike, joe has the AP Advantage aswell I believe.

Does Jim scale to the 35kj or the 106kj end of skull crushing

If he only scales to the 35kj end then Joe one-shots

If Jim scales to the 106kj end then this is fair AP-wise, but I'm still inclined to call this somewhat of a stomp- Joe has a significant AP advantage and easily outskills him
 
I think he scales to 106kJ end (though that might be through falling, not just ramming, I'm not certain), but pretty much every durability and AP feat on his page leaves him with serious injuries, so Joe can probably still one shot if he gets an upper body or head shot, though anywhere else type 2 will save Jim.
