Dracula vs Frank West

Can't Drac basically turn all the patients and night staff into vampires with Frank being able to do nothing (although I suppose Frank does have experience with fighting hordes)? Considering that, Drac could use that as a diversion and then sneak up on him and give him the bite, though maybe Frank could kill him in the time he would put himself vulnerable in that position.

Well. Vampires are better than Zombies. And Frank can die to zombies. So logically Dracula

Really though. I don't think an old hospital would have anyone but them in it. It's specified an old one. But the problem I'm having is him getting stunned. There no way Frank isn't gonna loom at Dracula. Causing him to be stunned. And then he simply gets away and plays a hiding game. Using animal changing powers as a means to get close, as let's be real, Frank wouldn't attack a random animal. He has no reason to believe it's Dracula. Or sneak up on frank in the place. Frank hadn't handled such odd powers

I'll wait too see what others say though.

I mean Frank could just trap the everliving hell out of the place. It seems like dracula's stun doesn't last long or relies on eye contact which is gonna be hard to get when frank is trying really hard to just kill him with ice sword or magic wand

The profile simply says that it "Briefly stuns". I suppose it only works for a few seconds? I'm not sure

Also the dies of frank not attacking a random animal, well...depends on what it is. If Dracula transforms into any kind of animal and charges the guy, Frank is gonna kill it because he knows he's in a fight.

I mean, Dracula could just turn into a bat stun him and then float above his head before turning into a wolf and biting his head off

It's not clear exactly how long Dracula's stunning works. It's mentioned in the book that Renfield was able to hold his own against Dracula for a short time in a fight because of his insanity, which gave him greater strength than a normal human. However, Renfield made the mistake of looking into his eyes during the fight, which stunned him long enough for Dracula to turn the tables and fatally wound him before leaving him to die of his injuries.

I don't know if this is important to consider, but Dracula oddly only seemed to fight in physical hand to hand combat in that brief skirmish instead of using his transformations. It also raises questions of how skilled a fighter he is if a simple abnormally strong mental patient was able to briefly hold his own.

So, I will say that Frank pulls the win. His weapons are absolutely busted, And He has every physical edge, as well as Dracula's rather sad fighting skill, considering he was having a rough time fighting mental patient.

Frank's weapons in his first key should do the trick, as his guns are to fast for Dracula to react to.

To be fair, I think that might have been during the daytime when Dracula loses most of his powers. That said, the fact that his natural strength would stay the same shows that he is a pretty surprisingly poor hand to hand combatant in his human form despite his experience. Frank is much more skilled than him, not to mention stronger, and he should have enough AP to kill Dracula in his human form despite the difference in durability if he uses the right weapons. The only true things to watch out for are Draculas hypnosis and potential areal attacks if he tries to switch from a bat to a wolf in mid air. The mist form would protect Dracula, but he can't harm Frank while using it, so he can't just stay in that form if he wants to win the fight. As stated though, Franks weapons are likely too fast for Dracula to react. I also don't know if Dracula can use his hypnosis in his bat or wolf forms or if it's restricted to his human form.

More what the extract tells us is that Dracula in character does not use abilities that would make him have a higher ap, speed, size advantage, etc- so while he does have a fair few wincons I think Frank handily takes this via skill and probably better versatility when it comes down to it.

Not sure if it was counted but obviously going for frank. Better versatility, likely stronger, has the hax to take Dracula down for good
