Okay so this is a question I had from someone I was talking to on Twitter, we were talking about the speed of our favorite dorito, and I mentioned how he doesn't have any reliable speed feats to gauge, hence why we rate his speed as Unknown on here. He responded by saying that since speed is just a factor of space and time, and since he can control space and time, he could go as fast as he wants to.

While that response was obviously more geared towards Bill, I feel like if this was true, it would affect alot of characters who can do similar things, so I wanted to bring the question here; Does having control over space time mean that you can go as fast as you want, or is that just hyperbole?

It is inconsistently handled from case to case within fiction, but usually speed and space-time manipulation/reality warping are treated as separate quantities.
