According to The Goosebumps Monster Survival Guide he pretty much disemboweled a clown with his axe and there is a chance that Murder and plenty of other Goosebumps monsters would be getting Fear Inducement since their presence terrifies the humans they come in contact with in Goosebumps Horrortown
