Funnyman vs The Joker (GRACE)

The problem I'm seeing is, what does Funny man open with, and is it fatal? Cause the only melee combat with joker, he went straight for the jugular (or neck) and then eye. Both places that are pretty fatal (you could survive it if your lucky. But they are pretty likely to kill someone).
 
His first moves depend on what situation he is in, but since he's in a situation to where his opponent can easily kill him, he would either blind his opponent or pull out laughing gas
 
Martial arts definitely see him getting the first hit. But if he can't make it count. Joker may end it there. How strong is this laughing gas?
 
I mean. I don't think so. Joker literally only need some stab. And from what we have seen. He goes for the fatal spot. He just needs to get one stab and it's over. And funny man doesn't have any bladed weapons. So not the same for him
 
His range is barely anything. It's not like he has several meters on joker or anything. He has a spray. Which covers a slight distance in front of him. And it's not even fatal.
