4-B, Ridculess rgen and speed equalized . . .

Atleast unequalize speed to give Supes a chance
 
Even with speed unequalized, Buu take this, his physiology allows him to absorb impact and he has insane regen. He will finish absorbing Supa
 
You would think supes heat vison and ice/super breath could have an affect on buu, also i don't superman would just stand there and let buu absorb him not to metion his intagiblity wouldn't allow that anyway

unequalizing speed would just make this a stomp in supes favor really...
 
^^Buu has Gohan's book smarts and Piccolo's cunning and even before all that he was genius (counting every living person on earth,figuring out what an hour is from looking at the sand in an hour glass) so he can make a good plan to absorb Supes.Plus all Buu needs is one punch and can follow Supes into space or just blow up the sun.

Also kamkaize Ghost who should be able to hit intangibile being since they are in tangible themselfes.

I personally think this has to be unequal to be a fair fight

Still not as smart as supes i'm afarid, one punch is countered by his intagiblity, also where'd you got that from? There's no proof nor was it stated anywhere the technquie can do that

also, when blow blows up the sun he would get killed to considered the sun>everthing in dbz

Also the main reason Supes has a chance against any one else in DBZ is because his labotimizing and Absolute zero ignore Dura but since it does nothing to Buu(since he has no organs and stupid Regen).Even Piccolo managed to regenerate from being turned into pure stone.

Plus Supes needs to come out of intangibility to hit Buu and it doesn't matter who is smarter in a fight, it matters who whos a better strageist and again Buu has Piccolo's cunning so he can easily set traps like he did Vegito, someone with both Goku and Vegeta's mind.
 
With speed equalized Buu should win. He is more powerful 4-B while Super is High 4-C and he has magic. Not only that but he is smarter thanks to Piccolo's mind.
 
I just checked their pages for intelligence and I think you're right Superman is able to do more with his intelligence.
 
I would go with Buu due to high insane Regenerationn, higher AP, and durability, and he has Piccolo's and Gohan's intelligence, so he can find a way to absorb superman or candy beam him.
 
Analysing better, maybe Superman has some chances: He still being much smarter and his freeze breath should be some effective agaisnt Buu, without mentioning that Supa is much faster than Buu; Supa can do things like send Buu to the sun or maybe something more creative. About Buu, I think that the better way to defeat Supa is absorbing him or turn him in some candy, cuz the most likely is that Supa is able to dodge the most destructive ki blast form Buu
 
Speed being equalized turns this into a spite match. Worse than Some threads I've seen closed.

Buuhon takes it. He has a magic atrack, can absorb him, the techniques and intelligence of Gohan and piccolo, and is ranked far higher in pure DC on this site. He has more to work with.
 
Superman can vibrate the molecules in his body at super speeds allowing physical objects to pass through him. He did it to Doomsday if I recall correctly. Vibrating his molecules has been in his powered for some time. Not that that helps him in this spite match.
 
Yeah the only way we can get a result is if someone unequlizes speed but even then Buuhan ain't no joke
