Jason may be immortal and has survived a somewhat big explosion back in Freddy vs Jason but there is one thing Chrysalis has that Jason doesn't, and that's HAX!
I've came to the conclusion that Chrysalis would win because Jason mostly kills for his mother, so if Queen Chrysalis used her love stealing hax she could numb Jason's reason to kill and that could technically count as a win.

@Godzilla, as seen on Jason Voorhees' and Queen Chrysalis' profile, the two are vastly different in power. So, while you may like this idea, the two are unfortunately not evenly matched.
