Doesn't Ryuko scale to 147 Megatons of TNT?
 
She'll be torn to shreds far enough away from each other that she can't regen once she figures it out
 
Ryuko scales to being vastly stronger than in her base form which is strong enough to oneshot people who can tank 147 megatons with no damage

Why would being far away prevent her from regenerating?
 
I figured her regen with life fibers could be negated if they were to far away to pull herself back together.

Well, Lucy scales to doing a casual 1.9 Gigatons feat. So she should be stronger. Oh, and her explosives are literal nukes.
 
Oh, yeah. Isn't that regen technically negated if a body part is sliced from both ends?
