Beast wins via being somewhat stronger and having Low-High regen and type 3 Immortality. And he also has the speed advantage.

"Speed don't mean nothing"

It does, because the beast can just dodge the attacks coming, given Nightmare makes a sound when he appears (iirc he does that in the game). Even then he can't do any lethal damage because the beast has regen far beyond what Nightmare can dish out.

Then it would be a stomp for Nightmare
