Causality Manipulation (His Prophesies are capable of freely shaping the future instead of simply allowing him to foresee it, As well as creating an infinite number of paradoxes to affect his enemies in which they can simultaneously experience being alive and dead or existent and nonexistent and eventually devolve into insanity)
Invisibility, Intangibility, and Non-Corporeal (He can see and interact with the Overshadowed which only other Overshadowed are capable of doing. Those who are "Overshadowed" have lost their place in reality and are no longer apart of history, existing outside of space and time, and cannot be seen, heared, or interacted with, their very actions to the world go completely unoticed, even those who can effect the mind and soul are unable to effect them. How can Oracle Casuality Hax Beiloune when he exists outside of reality/law, time and space and is not apart of history and has no future to manipulate?. Oracle wouldn't even be able to recognize his existance from what I can see on his page. Beiloune is not in any dimension or universe so unless Oracle can see an interact beings outside of all reality and history.

It should, there are characters in-verse that have the same type of existence as belioune and Oracle can causality hax them

I see, well then I guess you can close this then since Oracle stomps given he can interact with Beiloune and Beiloune's resistance doesn't stack up.
