HAH! Did you really think I would be that insane enough to do that? Ness would probably stomp tho. Well, at least we have Ninten; aka the only Earthbound protagonist that lacks the mother and holy fate hax blessed by TOTU. Which I find quite odd and funny at the same time, but hey! This is the closest we will get to a fair fight.

Ninten is at his peak and has access to all of his equipments

Sans is just Sans

Battle takes place in Mt Itoi, the same place where the kids fought Giegue

Defensive hax, methods to lower ones speed, increase their defense/attack and lower the others in the process, and can shift through space to avoid attacks.

I had a feeling someone would immediately say "uhhhh Soul hax gg"

Well firstly Ninten has far superior Teleportation and has a lot of defensive PSI. If Ninten cast Hypnosis on Sans, it's over. Soul hax doesn't immediately kill too.
 
alright soo Hypnosis is instant

ya Sans has no way around it, Ninten just uses his hypnosis then hit's Sans GG
