The AP makes no sense, the stuff about it that does and his Omnipresence aren't justified and the profile is overall very unreliable.
He's 2-C because the creator of the profile upgraded him without even a CRT.
Deleting it may as well be better than compromise ourselves to give the info it claims, I'm sure others can see as well as I how this thread isn't going to fix that unpopular profile and it's just going to stay like that for who knows how much time.
