Eh, probably Mawile. While it's debatably weaker and weak to Piranha Plant's b-air, being resistant to plant manipulation and immune to poison puts in too much work for it to lose.
 
Vote counted, although the poison immunity may be pointless considering it can damage metal and gold foes. Of course, that could just be game mechanics at work here for all I know.
 
the piranha plant is more durable and has a higher ap but with iron defense the durability gap can be closed or atleast shrunk and mawhile is a steel type making it immune to poison, (negating poison breath.) but is weak to fire making petey piranha extremely effective. the plant also has a range advantage which could easily be maintained with flight. i vote for the piranha plant.
 
Well his Side-b poison can damage characters that used a metal box or did something similar (spirits, Kalos League metal pool, that one mario stage)
 
Pokemon type resistances/immunities don't apply to other verses. Otherwise you get stuff like Evil Natural Water being resistant to, say, Charizard's fire attacks where water is an explicit weakness for it.

Anyway, voting Mawile FRA, and the fact that both huge power to double Mega Mawile's AP and other amps like iron defense give Mawile an advantage.
