You can't restrict standard equipment. The guns are 9-B so it's not Out of tier too

I might switch this to Thorn Timeline considering he has more haxs in that key

Why not? He has abilities Bond doesn't resist like Possession and he can afford to get hit a few times with his Regen

Heck, several people were shooting Michael at once and it took all of that just to defeat him temporarily. I don't think a gun could help much here.
