Yeah, possession will take way to long, plus it requires a chant and to be able get a hold of Will. Not voting yet, just saying possession is almost definitely not an in combat option.
 
Going based off of their standard equipment, William has nothing notable and Chucky has his voodoo knife, the heart of Damballa, and a voodoo doll.
 
Well, Chucky at least has the stamina and durability advantages thanks to his immortality and body control. I could imagine him winning if speed is equalized and he has a knife.
