Can GER resurrect Giorno after Goku turns him into cosmic paste with a power a literal dimension ahead of him? I know Return to Zero only works if it kills Goku or otherwise makes contact with him, which is easily avoided due to Goku never going to bother with CQC with such a weak opponent and opting for a casual Ki Blast before leaving.

Maybe? Cause in the anime at least, after a user dies it takes a while before the stand dissappears outright so in that time Ger could use his bullshit powers and do a thing.
 
Can't Goku use any other ability? Like BFRing Giorno and preventing RtZ with his Info sheananigans before it takes effect? I think Goku might be able to interact with Giorno with NPI.

RtZ affects everything, completely and utterly. Also since RtZ is passive now it can't really be nulled before it takes effect.
 
Goku's type of Acausality doesn't help against Causality Manipulation, so he literally cannot do anything. Giorno can't hope of ever hurting Goku however.

Goku resists Empathic Manipulation, and Willpower Manipulation is a subset of Empathic Manipulation, so I guess Goku could resist Giorno's Willpower Hax? If so, it's probably inconclusive, neither can do shit.
