Risotto Nero vs Gibril (Grace)

Gonna say Nero, quite easily. As she uses Blood to attack, she would literally be giving Nero more and More ammo through the entire fight.

Gibril has way better durability, and Nero ripping metal out of her body just gives her more ammo. Not to mention Gibril has immense pain tolerance, literally putting herself through an Iron Maiden to give herself more blood to work with. However, a lot of these things can also be said about Nero. These are very similar characters, so here's the main differences.

Advantages (Nero): More intelligent and skilled, Invisibility (Body control is more or less useless since Gibril isn't a stand user)

Advantages (Gibril): Much higher AP and durability, even more iron in her blood than Doppio had (While Doppio has far more iron than a normal person, Gibril has so much iron in her blood that she can create massive room-long blades. Nero isn't making her run out of iron any time soon), direct manipulation of metal instead of magnetism, much stronger metal control (Lifted an entire cruise liner), much better at close-quarters combat

Here's about how the battle would go in my opinion. Nero would create some razors or something in Gibril's mouth and she either powers through it or just reverts it with her much stronger Metal Manipulation. Alternatively, she used the razor blades that come out of her mouth and fires them at Nero. Nero can't really fire metal at Gibril since she can just stop it with her own metal manipulation. While Nero's invisibility would be tricky, it's completely in-character for Gibril to drop a massive metal cage to prevent escape and then fill the entire thing with blades.

He can just do what he did to Doppio while staying invisible, Gibril has much more iron in her blood which is also benefical for Nero. He can just stay invisible and create razors and scissors inside her body, much more than he did to Doppio
 
The points The Smasher made has yet to be answered, so I'll vote for Gibril.

Also, contrary to what some seem to say, there is no evidence that the speed or rate at which Nero can extract iron from someone's blood increase with the quantity of iron in this person's blood. So, actually, Nero gets zero additional advantage by fighting someone like Gibril.
