Ninja (007) vs. COBRA (BTD)

Would base be the most fair because if not we can go all the way and just use his third key. Or second.

I'm good with either.
 
Then I'd go with 3. Ninja has a better gun, so as long as he doesn't get within a couple meters of COBRA, he's immune to Misdirection. Luckily, he grossly outranges with his guns.
 
Ninja from what we see in Nightfire uses close quarter combat to assassinate a target with his samurai sword. Then he starts back flipping over bullets and firing his gun more. However, that was when he needs to assassinate a target, meaning he more than likely uses his gun if he's already in sight of the COBRA. Therefore, I feel like he will get misdirected at first but then gun COBRA down. Although I'm no expert with BTD even though the games are super fun
 
I'm in the opposite book, that I don't know a ton about 007, but given that the ninja has no resistance to mind or morality manipulation, if that's how he's most likely to start, then COBRA would just sway him to be an ally the instant Ninja gets close enough
 
I will reiterate though that Ninja only gets very close when he assassinated Matthew. Other than that he was close-ish but mostly used bullets and occasional strikes against Bond. Morality manipulation would end ninja though so is it a range thing or?
 
He can only use it on those within his few meter range. So, that would require Ninja to get close and personal with the sword to apply
 
Then yeah COBRA takes it. Even when Ninja would be seen, it still likes stealth and would try to get close. Especially in an inclosed space like a building. Cobra has my vote
 
He never gets a chance to use it on anyone but Bloons, so that's unknown, but unlike his other abilities, that specifically affect the nature or spawning of Bloons, there's no specification that it's only usable on Bloons.
 
Ahhh yep yep

I guess we just assume it does work then. It's one of those cases where its we haven't seen it work on something but we haven't seen it not work either hahaha

Sticking with COBRA then
 
I'd just leave it as it is.

Giving him prior knowledge would absolutely guarantee that he stays far out of COBRA's range, making it so COBRA has no wincon.
